  • Please note order tracking is available after 8pm EST on the day your package is shipped. When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.
  • Your complete Order History is available when signed in on tjmaxx.com. Your order history will be stored for 6 months.

  • Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
  • If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 40 days of your order date for a refund within the terms of our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online.

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

No, creating an account is not required to place an order. However, having an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage your purchases.
